External MOH

Hallo it is hapening something weirdbecause in this system 3300 MXe III the MOH is working if i place in hold the call from an IP pone but if i place the call in hold from a analogue pone it is nit working,l but pones (analogue and IP) have the same COS, is it something moe i have to do or may be i making something wrong? Thanks for help....

Are they all in the same tenant.

Possible resource issue? Do a resource maintenance command on a call on hold when it fails and one where it doesn't to see if there is anything different.

On the analogue phones how are you placing the calls on hold?

they are using a hold key and we are recieving a quiet, the end point can't hear you more but the MOH does not work!!! and you can retrieve the cald with a flash key...

The hold key on tha analog phome isn't using system hold therefore no music
