external mails received always prints in big fonts

Hello,

WE use Notes 4.6 and whenever a user receives external prints and prints it, it comes out in big fonts. We've tried reloading printer drivers / deleting printer etc.
Installed new printer/drivers it still comes out big.
We've tried disabling word/check speller , disabled macafee, still no go.

Please help.
