Can't see the trees for the forrest.
I have a 2003 domain server running dns. Let's say the internal zone is mylan.org. Our mail server is hosted offsite and is mail.mylan.org.
All my outlook users get an error because Outlook hits the internal DNS server first and does not know how to contact the true mail server outside the netowrk. I have tried to add a new host (a) to my zone with no luck.
Any ideas on making this headache go away.
