I have link lines and a startalk flash 2.0
am able to set up external link transfer thru ccr tree ,but customer would like to be able to have callers press a series of digits to go directly to off site user.Is this possible? basically they want to print this on a business card.I know if they press digits slowly this will work but is there a better way?
thanks

Perhaps a phantom DN could be externally called forward to a fixed number. So from the AA/CCR dialing the extention digits would appear to send the caller directly off site.
