Some of us are using gmail and Thunderbird and some other depts are using Outlook. I noticed that one of the external link options is for exchange. Is it possible to link it using the exchange option if outlook isn't installed. I tried it, but said Access can't run the Exchange/Outlook wizard. At this point, satisified with Thunderbird, so would prefer not to have to install outlook if don't need to as we would be wanting to set up linked email tables on several computers that are also not using outlook.
