External line extension number dialing problem

Hello, we are using Avaya IP Office IP500 V2. Our extension numbers are between 4000 and 4100. When an outside line is called, the answering machine answers. There are 1 press option for accounting, 2 for finance, 3 for sales, and 4 for shipping. Or he is asked to dial the extension number. For example, the person will dial extension 4004, but when he presses the number 4, it is transferred to shipment. Is there a solution to this?
 
Assuming it's an Embedded VM.

Add to AA menu recording: "if you know the extension number of the person you wish to speak to, press * followed by the extension number"

Then configure the Auto Attendant for the * key to "Dial By Number", also make sure "Direct By Number" is disabled.
