External - Internal Distinction

hi all,

we have MD110 BC11 Sp10 2 lims, When an internal calls an intenral and transfer an external call, we recognize this as an internal call (although it is an external). so the last two digits of CDIV (011151311) Don't work. by the way, even though the call is an external, this call is analysed as an external call.

what can we do about this problem?

Actually cdiv doesn't follow the transfer case, just diversion. You have to use ADC parameter (extension) in order to get the authority working, and then e.g. with TCMAS
decide, who is allowed to transfer external calls.
