External (inbound callers) transfer and conference

I have a user who, when they have a caller on the phone that has just called inbound to them, cannot transfer them to an internal extension and/or conference them with an internal extension. She does not have a problem with either option except in the above scenario. I have checked her CLS, but looks ok. Maybe I missed something. Any help would be appreciated.

Need more info.is she the only one with the prob?Does she
have a single line with xfa and ao6 allowed?If this a system
wide prob,check ld 15 (NET)If you have the BSGC = 0,transfer and conf. will not work with ISDN.Good luck

You might have a transfer timer problem one thing you could try is once you have ancered the call press the * key and then try to transfer the call.
