External Inbound call not ring (only internal inbound call)

I have a phone/ext (T7316E) that only ring when it receive internal call but not ringing when i got external inbound call,

Can someone help me with this?

If the line is showing on the phone (appearing) it needs to be appear&ring.

Have you associated the target line with this phone? or put this phone in the relevant hunt group?

Is this a DID number?

Did you assign a Target Line to the phone?

Why change the engine if all you need is to change the spark plugs.
