Is there a way to have a hunt group that has 2 members that are external cell phone numbers?

yes, using external hotdesk users (dynamic extension) need at least MCD 4.0

Suppose you could just have two keys programmed as dummy number which are on CFA to external numbers.

Also would need external hot desk licenses.

Creat the hunt group and create the two external hot desk extensions and put in the hunt group. That is probably the best way because it would allow the cell phone users to make use of the 3300 in call features i.e transfer to another user etc.
