i have an ip403....can i forward my calls to an external no. so that when a certain no. xxxxxxxxxx dials my extension no. it will forward to the programmed external no. and when a certain no. yyyyyyyyyy dials my extension no. it shall not forward the call. in short can i filter the incoming callers so only certain numbers be forwarded to an external no.?and turn the forwarding on/off from my extension?

You can do what you're asking, but not with the forwarding feature. Basically you'll setup a custom user leave mail start point in VMPro. From the start point go to a CLI routing token which checks for the number you want to forward. On a match route to a transfer token, on no match route to a leave mail token.

When out of the office put your phone in DND instead of forwarding it and the end result will be exactly the same.

Also you can do this with te incoming route form, with 2 or more same incoming route,s but difrent clip info en a diffrent target a user or huntgroep that are callforward.
You can progam a function for nightservice or out of service with difrend callforward.

incoming 1234567
clip xxxxxxx
target user

incoming 1234567
clip yyyyyyy
target huntgroep (with te user)
Nigth to 0646567635
out of service 02034553762
