I set up external forwarding in the Nortel MICS 4.1.
All is working fine. When you call the extension it forwards (f4) to outside phone number.
The customer wants to remove the physical phone and still have forwarding work.
They said it only works after 2 hours then forwarding is not active.
Any suggestions on making forwarding work even after the physical phone is removed?
