BC11-SP15 with 2 switches in private net over ISDN-QSIG

I'm trying to make a Operator in Node_1 to send External Follow Me on extension in Node_2 (*22*1234#0xxxxxxxx#)
Operator can don this on ext. in Node_1

Should this work at all ?

No it should not.
Operator can only make EFM in own node.

I've heard that there is a way through Application Link.
Anyone who has seen this ?
Or any other workaround....
