External DN digit display not working in CC6

Our CC6 Agent display is not showing the external digits for the Dialed DN field. Instead, it shows the route identification number (e.g. 5500) but not the actual dialed digits (for example, 91234567890). Any explanation as to why we're not getting the external dialed digits from the switch? By the way, the internal extensions (4 digits) do show up on the display.
