External divert

Hi,

I have a problem on a 6.3 switch. I would like to divert extenions to an external number but something seems to be stopping it. The extension has AED and EDV set in the COS but still doesn't let me divert externally. Any ideas anyone?

Sorry Guys, figured it out. I set ADP and it now seems to work.
