External diversion upgrade BC9 to BC12

Hi!
I have a problem with an upgrade from BC9 to BC12 SP5, joining an internal diversion with an external follow me. I have a CDINI from A to B and B has *22#external number#. When I phone to A the phone sounds in B and the external follow me is not executed. This thread was posted the 26th of January and the solution given was to use remote extension but I don't have liceses for it. Could you give me any solution using *22#xxxx#?

You can use PELPP then diversion as long as you set PELCS SERV to 1.
