External Dialling - Phone Display issue

I hope somebody can point out my silly mistake.

System CME.

I have two PRIs configured.
If I dial out over 0/3/0 the the phone display shows the number that you have dialled. eg 9123456

If I dial out over 0/3/1 then the phone display the details for ephone 1 ie Name and extension number.

What silly mistake have I made ?

Does the call even go through on 0/3/1? That is not a correct setup for an E1.

It Does.
Only 20 timeslots as I dont have enough DSP resources.
