When making a DLL if I have external dependencies, can I just add them to the project so that they don't have to be on the user's computer?

Adding them to the project wont change anything.

If they are needed to access the DLL they should be distributed anyway. If they are not needed for this then, well, they dont have to be distributed as of now.

Your going to have to use a installation program for your project if it requires DLL's not on the user's computer Visual Studio's comes with one or you can purchase one from someone.
