Customer with 9650 IP phones, release 3.02. When he calls certain external conference bridges, the bridge does nto recognize the # sign from the IP phones. Works fine from digital. Already tried changing ip-iptions to in-band, but still no dice.
I had a similar problem about a year ago ... using digital sets. We tried lots of things/upgrades, cables swaps, you name it. Finally, in testing we noticed that only one of the three g700s we have exhibited this problem...so we moved users off of that gateway onto the others and the problem went away. We never resolved the issue...and have been lucky to not need that "bad" gateway again.
