In SCCS, we would like to route calls based on the CLID but having problems in Symposium obtaining the External CLID. Currently callers are routed through Mer Mail (menus) to route the caller to the call centre and the CLID that appears is the Queue # for Mer Mail.
The external CLID appears in Symposium if the call is not routed through Mer Mail.
Also CLID does appear on sets when calls are routed thorough the Auto Attendant in Mer Mail. The Mer Mail /Voice Security Option prompt for "Block Display of External CLID" has been set to No.
Any suggestions???
