External CFW on 200ICP

I inherited an ICP 200 and i am trying to setup an analog extension's calls ,internal calls and external, to go to an outside#. I tried this from the attendant console.

I went to stations, ext#, call fwd, external, then the outside # and it stops me on the first digit by saying invalid. I know I am screwing up somewhere.

I tried inputing :
9+1+XXX, Speed Dial #922, 1+XXX. it looks like I can only enter a extension #.

there are several options in the class of service that you have to enable for that extension. go thru form 3 and form 4 and the cos of the trunk options 313 thru 319.also select all astrisks in the interconnect table

There are many things that need to be checked

Cor of trunk must allow call (form 14/15)
Cos of trunk must allow trunk to trunk call (form 3)
cos of trunk might need speeddial access (Form 3)
Cos of station must allow forwarding (form 3)
System option must allow incoming to outgoing call forward (form 4)
Interconnect must allow trunk to trunk call (Form 30)

I wouldn't be surprised if I've missed something it's been a while.

Ok, I can login and try from home

on a 200 you can't call forward to 9-1-xxx-xxxx. you can only call forward to a speed dial.

make sure that speed dial 922 has the 9 in it for outside access.
assuming your speed dial access code is 64,
call forward the phone to 64922
all other things mentioned to look for apply of course.
