external cdini for gh-group is locked

I have BC11 and for gh-group the sel=xxx20. It means 20 calls can go externally in the same time. But the problem is, that this counter does not work correctly and the cdini will be locked. So you must increase to xxx63 to solve this problem temporarily - but after time the problem is there again. I know this problem from acd-groups and there are patches for older softwareversions. My questions now are:
1. Can you give me the sacop to see the critical value
2. Is there a patch for gh-grps in BC11?

Probably you have an older BC11 release. If this is hanging or not clearing properly, for sure there is a traffic scenario that can cause this fault. There is a fault somewhere in the software. Probably this fault is already fixed in higher SP release. If latest SP will not fix it you had to report this fault to your Ericsson service provider. Give them as much information they need, e.g. traffic scenario on how to reproduce this fault. I cannot give you the SACOP print, this is because this is a real time fault that had to be reported. //patcher
