i have a cisco unified communication UC520 system connected to 3 cisco ip phones. i connect the PSTN port FXO to PSTN line. when i tried to call an external number from an ip phone i can't only when i define a CO line in the phone and i can't define in it a restricted permission. how can i define a prefix in cisco which permit me call external number from any ip phone and define restriction without CO lines and button assignment? thanks
