external calls to phones going to Auto att 3

I have a MICS 5.0 and a NAM 4.0 and when you call a line set on a phone after 4 rings it goes to the Auto attendant instead of the mailbox built...Internally when you call station to station calls go to the mailbox fine..It is just incomming calls from outside..
Any thoughts??

change the amount of ring for the lines in the aa settings

Also try increasing DRT to prime delay.Transfer call back delay etc.

You need to change the FNA (forward no answer) from None, to the voicemail extension. The Transfer Callback is kicking in because the auto attendant is transfering the call.
