External calls not working

I have a user who left the company and then returned. She is using the same extension. However, since she left, external calls to her extension are being forwarded to an autoattendant. Internal calls go to her phone. Can someone help me find how this was done and explain to me how to remove it? Thanks.
 
Sounds like an IDC(Incoming Digit Conversion) table was created and then applied to the route her calls come in on. Look in LD 49 and see if there is an entry for her extension.

Could be something else, but I would start there.
