External calls not displaying CID.

Hi we have an IPS2000 system, the Zeacom is no longer displaying any caller id from outside calling in to our main office number. Our office extensions are displaying on the Zeacom when dialing the office main number or to the receptionist's extension number. I would like to have the Zeacom to display the outside numbers dialing in.
 
Did it ever work?
Does it show up in the Desktop application?
Did you do any upgrades to either the IPS or the Zeacom recently?
 
Yes it was working before. No it does not show up on the Zeacom desktop application when an external call is made to the main number. We have not made any changes or upgrades to the IPS or Zeacom. Thank you.
