External calls go to the attendant, not to my phone 2

Hi Everbody! I got an Meridian Op. 11. On my extention 9226, when somebody call from an external number, instead of ringing or going to the voice mail, the automatic attendant answers. "Hi, you calling XXXXX inc.". We use to have that line for another person that never got calls from outside, but now we need it to accept external calls. Can anybody help me with this?

Check the DID route data block and see if it has an IDC table assigned to it.

usually better to change that one ext then to remove the table..

9226 9226.. that is a clear translation, it makes the change you want without removing an idc that may be doing other translations
