I've got CUCM 9.1 and Unity 10.5..
I have a user's who's DN is configured on "call forward no answer" and "no answer busy" to go to voicemail. When I dial their number externally (11-digit dial), the call doesn't go to the user's voicemail. When I call the same number internally, it works just fine.
To make things even more odd, when I check the "Forward All" to voicemail box and call the number externally, it goes to the user's voicemail just as it should.
What gives?
