This is an IP Office 406v2 running 4.1 software. They have 6408D+ phones. One user's external calls are being answered automatically over his speakerphone. Internal calls ring as normal. He is the only one who has this problem and the Automatic Answer option in his phone menu is turned off. Any idea how to get his phone to stop doing this. The issue popped up after we did a migration from a 406v1 running 3.2 (54) to the new 406v2 running the 4.1 software. Again the other 80 or so phones are working normally just this one that is being flaky.

It is changed using one of the softkeys on the 6408 (the buttons directly below the display). The user probable hit it by accident, but they must have hit HFAI (hands free answer on intercom). Use the softkeys to find that feature on the phone and I bet there is an arrow below it (meaning it is active). De-activate it by pressing the softkey below it and the arrow should go away.
