external caller ID shows only 4 digit DN on calls.

I have several phones on our CS1000 system that only show up a 4 digit DN on caller ID's when calling out to external phones, most show the whole # i.e. 845-295-**** anybody know the feature that controls this or why it may happen?

I could check your CLID on those particular phones I betcha they are different than the ones that work.
