Hello all
I want to force extension to dial 9 then call number outside. What should to do to achive this?

Currently we can make external call directly by dial number.

You're in South America, the system is using A-Law, and there is a System Short Code of ? / Dial / . / 50:Main
Is this correct?

Remove that short code
Add 9N / Dial / N / 50:Main
Change the Dial Delay (sec) to 4
Change the Dial Delay Count to 0

This will affect ALL extensions, they will ALL have to dial 9 and number to get out.

...the only question would be why?

Why would you want to make it more difficult to dial numbers? External dialing prefixes are a legacy from the days of electromechanical phone systems.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.
