Just wondering if anyone has ever tried to connect an external call pilot on a BCM 3.6

Nope. Not sure if it's compatible as it doesn't list requirements for a BCM in the docs.

It would be interesting to connect one and see what the digital ports come up as, if they come up at all.

If you try it, let us know what happens.
