External Call Mask

I have extension 100 and my DID show my CallerID when calling external number as 3334100

I have a need to be shown in another DID , so that when I call any external number - my callerID should be 3334444

how can I do this ?

Put the 3334444 on your Directory number in the External Phone Number mask section. Your Route Patterns may need adjustments also to accept this CallerID also.
