external call foward 1

Hello
I have a customer who would like to foward their desk phone to their cell. what i have programed is remote fwd on ext 11 trk transfer on ext 11 which is the ext that would like to foward to their cell. at ext 11 we foward by pressing a fwd btn than pressing 9 than number followed by #
it works fine on a intercom call but not on a transfer co call. please help thank you

yes. what happens it says incomplete transfer on the phone that transfered the call

Try pressing # after the outside telephone number. The timers haven't expired yet, and the system is not sure that you are done dialing.
