External Call Forwarding

Hello all, I am trying to setup external call forwarding. I know we had it setup before, but after a recent power outage and setting up the system from scratch, I cannot seem to remember how we did it.

My notes say:

"Call Forward to Cell"
- Feature 4
- 9 - 1 - (123) 456- 7890 [9 + phone number]
- OK

However, when I try to do that, it immediately says "Invalid Number" when I press 9

Any ideas? Something I forgot to program during setup?

You did not mention what you programmed in setup so it's hard to tell what you missed.

-In Sets Allow Redirect
-Remove Pool A code 9 and External Code 9
-Build Route 001 to use Pool A
-Add dest code 9 to use Route 001

If you have just a couple people forwarding and they always forward to the same number you could spice it up...

Add dest code 81, use Pool A, External number = the mobile
Now that user only needs to F4 81
Do same for 82 etc
