The destination code trick can also be used to externally transfer a call. This solution might better suits your needs if a set can't be dedicated to forwarding or if only some handpicked calls needs to be routed externally.

No offense but if I see the same damn thread about how to do external call fwding I'm going to flip out. This question gets asked every week it seems and it has to be in the FAQ's section by now. I mean do some research people before asking the S.O.S.
