external call forward

Hello all.

After following the threads I have found on the site on how to call forward externally, I am still having issues with a customer trying to do this.

The system is a NS700.
The user has voicemail with a no answer time of 24 seconds.

I have gone to their class of service
System -> Class of Service -> COS -> CO & SMDR and enabled Call Forward to CO but I still can't do the external call forward.

I'm call forwarding by pressing Intercom key, FWD / DND, *7100<9+phonenumber> #

Hi All.

I have figured out what is going on.

1) Customer did not have the "Call Forward to CO" turned on within the class of service they were assigned to.
2) Programmed the number as follows:
A) Press Program Soft Key​
B) Press FWD / DND button​
C) Press the Enter Softkey​
D) Move down to Forward All (in MY case. Yours may vary)​
E) Enter the phone number with the appropriate trunk seize digit​
F) Press the Enter softkey​
G) You will hear a 1KHz tone​
H) Press the Exit softkey​
