External Call Forward

I have a customer with a BCM 400. The user has external call forwarding set up. His phone is forwarded to his cell phone. The forwarding works fine if his extension is plug in the jack. He can't work in his office for a week and will be working off site. What do I need to do to make this work?
 
If using a Target line use redirect in the Target line programming. Enter the access # and cell. But if it is the extension it has to be pluged in somewere for forwarding to work.
 
I think the Analog stays up even with no phone on it but yes the digital needs to be pluged in our it will disable.
