external call forward thru QSIG

I have noticed a problem with BC9 - BC11 QSig if you do not have the correct route programming.
One way to resolve the issue is to set the ADC on the DEST to 06060xxxxx.
In other words change the D5 bit form a 1 to a 0.
Please post the RODAP, ROCAP and RODDP printouts for both switches and I will have a look.

I have a BC9CNI85 and BC11SP12 connected with Qsig. I test the external follow me and it's working fine. What CNI and SP does your systems have and post the ROCAP,ROCAP, RODDP and RONDP here and i check for you in my system.
