External Call Forward Merlin Magix 2

Hi ,
I have a Merlin Magix system . I am trying to reprogram it with WinSPM. Basically my boss wants that after his extension rings for 4-5 times it should be forwarded to his cell phone so that he has only one voice mail(the cell phone one). I have tried everything in the documentation. But even after forwarding to a local extension the phone just keeps ringing. If the extension has voice mail it goes into it or else goes to operator. Please Help.

Extensions > Call Forward > enter an adjunct
Extensions > Authorization code > enter that same adjunct and make up an authorization code for it.
Go to a display phone, get dialtone, enter #80, when it asks for authorization code, enter the adjunct's auth code then #
Then hit #33 9 and the outside number followed by#
Boss goes to his phone, forwards it to the adjunct, test it .... of COURSE it works.

I do this with my phone. I authorized my phone for remote forwarding under Extensions > Remote Frwd. Then, I set the delay under Extensions > Delay Frwd. I then forwarded my ext. to my cell by using *33 9 555-1212#. If I don't pick up my extension after 2 rings it forwards to my cell phone.
