Running on a ACS rel 6 - I just setup External Call Forwarding. The forwarding works as it should by bridging 2 lines. The only problem is that the two parties can barely hear each other. Is there a volume setting?

No volume control... And this is the nature of the beast trunk to trunk transfer w/analog will more often than not yield marginal results. A combo of Partner Messaging and Centrex will get you much better results.

You could move closer to the CO, so your loops are shorter!

I hope I'm not too late on this thread. I have another question, how to transfer a centrex line to another from the speakerphone. Or should I start another tread or search more?

New thread is most appropriate... but Feature 03 to generate hookflash, then dial whatever is required to reach desired destination (this is not a Partner thing, but a Centrex thing).

thanks mforrence. I did dig deeper and came up with the same solution.

The easiest way is to put the recall (feature 3) on a button if you have one available - and not only does this solution fix the volume issue, it keeps the system from needing a second line for the function
