External Call Forward Help Needed Please

I have an opt 11 that someone wants to external call forward their calls to their house when they are not in the office.

Below is the tnb for their set. When I call them from another extension on the system the calls goes to their house just fine, but when I call them from outside and come in on one of their DIDs the calls goes nowhere. I do hear a ring however, but that will go on forever until I hang up. I don't know what is ringing but I know it is not going to his house because I changed the call forward number to my personal phone number and when I call from outside the call never gets forwarded to me either. Any suggestions?

I believe that would have to do with the NCOS level of the incoming trunk. Make sure that it's high enough to dial back out again.

Check your customer data block in LD 21. Under OPT it's probably set to CFO. If you change it to CFF that should allow the call to externally forward.
