External Call Forward from Vmail Pro

Hi,

I need to build a transfer point for a emergency mailbox allowing the caller to dial 0 to connect to the offsite call center.

Any suggestions on the best way to acomplish this

in the voicemail tab on the extn you are sending the call to set the voicemail reception destination to the mobile no.

this is from the help file. "When connected to a User's Voicemail the caller can press 0 to be transferred to either an internal number, eg. Reception or to an external number, eg. a mobile. Enter here the telephone number to be used. The User should announce this facility in their greeting message, eg. "John Smith is not available today, you may leave a message or press 0 for Reception"."
