I have a Partner ACS and the Proc. card makes this low buzz kind of like a hard drive wizzing around. It stop sand starts. When I plug a station in it or someone uses a station it makes this sound. I know there is aHD on the Voice proc. and that unit is out for repair but does any other part of the Partner make this noise or have a HD. The station sets are ok no buzz on them.

The power supply on the acs card makes noises. Usually the acs cards that look brown/rust colored on top where the power supply is make noise. It's due to poor design/heat and cheap components. There is no HD on a partner acs processor card.
