We have a challenge from a new customer, the resepsionist needs a visual signal to people waiting in the reception area thas she is in a phone call
I have looked a bit around on the web for such products, Algo makes soulutions for other Avaya system/phones, but not as I can see for IPO phones
We have offered this new customer 9508 dig phones, but there are licences for IP-users

Does anyone have experience or knowledge about this issue?

This works: Plantronics Online Indicator Light. 30 bucks or so.
(You need a Plantronics wireless headset too.)
