How do I program and turn on bgm from an external source on the td816? I've set the music source with [803] and the external pager with [804] but when I try to start using 65
I get an immediate busy tone and not the conformation. Also, on my PT under "ext bgm" I receive "not valid". Any ideas??

sounds strange allright...
firstly i would check in feature number programming (100) to make sure that paging has been assigned the 65 code if any code at all. I know on systems i have done it is the 63 code.
