Hi All,

How to make an external back up in a flash disk for mx one sp4 system of 3 lim.

Regards

You can take the backup using the program WinSCP.
Or do you want to run it directly on the external drive?

Hi satelitte 1900,

i want to load the back up file from an external drive in case it crash.

regards

The backup procedure consist of three different steps:
1)data_backup
This backup is used for data reload by the system.
2)config_mirror Create a configuration mirror on Telephony Server 1.
This backup contains all data for the system and can be used for
repair_lim
3)Make a safety backup
This is an external backup of the complete system and can be used
for repair_lim or to restore a complete system when all hardware is
lost.
Copy this to another media.
You can use the program WinSCP to save it first on your PC and then to an external drive

hi satellite,

and how to use winscp.

thanks in advance

Hi,
Login as root.
Open the file /etc/opt/eri_sn/safety_backup.conf and edit it according to your needs.
Run the safety backup script by entering the command eri_sn_safety_backup

Open WinScp,
click New, enter the IP address of your PBX and your login credentials.
Navigate to the folder that contains the safety backup and copy it on your pc.
