Night attendant is confusing normal calls and calls via the emergency queue.

CM5 switch, health care setting. Day console is a 302B, Night console is an 8434DX phone. Calls are routed to the night console per a vector, rather then the normal night service button.

I would like to the TASS alert for calls to the emergency Queue to avoid the confusion issue

harware platform? Definity / CM software version?

You cannot single out calls to send to a TAAS bell.

You can redirect calls for emergency queue on change system features

Emergency Access Redirection Extension: 1234

1234 could be a multi-appearance voice terminal and you could use a bridged appearance of 1234 on an
analog station / port for an external alert bell.
Maybe use call pickup or directed call pickup to answer.
