Hi Guys,

i have a need to make address' that are on my external domain name available for my internal and external users to access. So I have a machine on my domain on 172.16.1.1 called DAVESSERVER, I put a cname on my external DNS server that points COMPANYSERVER.MYCOMPANY.COM to DAVESSERVER.FQDN.LAN. Hope this makes sense, I feel this is a messy way to do things, Does anyone hae a nicer way?
cheers

Why not have an internal DNS server or merely use the same FQDN for internal and external access?
