External Access

I have an SV9100 with PRI and SIP trunks. Can I ask a daft question regarding accessing the lines. Is it possible to have a dial 9 access for the PRI trunks and a dial 8 for the SIP lines. I cannot see any simple way of achieving this

Yes, of course you can do this. You would have to define the access codes 8 & 9 to access the trunks or LCR group.

CMD 200 is used in the IPS/8300/9300, not the 9100.
